Return/Exchange Policy

The product return/exchange has to be initiated within 3 days from the time of product delivery.
Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for returns or refunds. Only exchanges are allowed within the exchange window.
Refund for return will be processed within 5-7 working days from the successful return of the product.
For prepaid orders, ₹100 will be deducted as processing and return charges.
Customers can choose to receive their refund either as store credit or directly to their bank account.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unworn and unwashed (no distinct odors, sign of wear) etc., with the tags still attached, and you will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Only if our team finds the returned product in perfect condition can we further the procedure.
